It should come as no surprise that most of the Dinar Gurus (Dinares Gurus) that you hear from regularly come from an MLM (Multi-Level-Marketing) background. Ever heard of the term pyramid scheme? That is the general idea.
I’m pretty sure that most of the readers of the different dinar websites think that these men and women are to be trusted, sadly, this is definitely not the truth.
Since around 2009, and with a spike in 2011, there has not been a shortage of dinar dealers and dinar guru websites. It makes sense, the dealers pay up to $5,000 a month to put a banner up on a popular dinar website. Here is a video of a website called IraqDinar.us being auctioned.
They mention that Dinar Corp, the same company recently shutdown by the FBI, is paying $2,500 twice per month to the owner of the website. What is interesting to note is that the auction of the site was done AFTER the FBI shutdown Dinar Corp.
Here was his (owner Robert Hauff) old Twitter account – https://twitter.com/IraqDinar1/with_replies 9/21/2015 was the last post.
Just be careful people, you can’t trust these guru guys.
As you can see, the Iraqi Dinar was on the list of top scams for 2013, which should come as no surprise to many of us in the dinar community. Now, let’s discuss the dinar gurus first. You have guys like TNT Tony, and others like Adam Montana, Okie and more, all promoting the buying of Iraqi Dinar on their respective websites. The only site that does not tell you to buy from them has to be the Nick G (Nick Giammarino) site Global Currency Reset. He has written an excellent article complete with a chart showing how much Iraqi Dinar companies charge versus the street rate, or what you could call the “official IQD rate”.
One thing he mentions in his article is that you should check Amazon, and eBay because they might have better prices. We are here to serve the people and we have done Iraqi Dinar scam research and found that his statement is mostly true. Here are some problems though: The Amazon prices don’t update much and the eBay sellers can overcharge for shipping. Now, onto the good. Nick proposes that people only purchase what they can afford to lose. This might seem like common sense, but with Iraqi Dinars, everyone wants to get you to buy as much as you can, not Nick. He said to “buy what you can afford to lose” and he means it. Here is the Nick Giammarino article on where to purchase IQD which we suggest you definitely read.
Another thing we discovered is that most of the dinar companies have dinar calls, meaning that you might think you are listening to an dinar intel conference call, but what you are really listening to is a dinar pumper, someone who wants you to run out and buy Iraqi dinar as soon as possible. We believe that the best thing you can do is really do research on any investment you are thinking about jumping into. The Iraqi dinar is one of those investments that you need to be cautious of. Don’t make the mistake of putting all of your eggs in just one basket.
Watch the movie above to learn how one man was suckered into the whole revaluation scam with the IQD. I hope this video helps to wake you up.
The biggest problem with investing in the Iraqi Dinar is time, it might take a long time for Iraq’s currency to RV, or revalue as we know it, but it’s anyone’s guess what the new rate will be. I don’t even think we will see ten cents, one cent or half a cent if it did revalue.
Make sure that you do not buy dinar options or reserves. If you are going to buy dinar, buy the real physical currency, not a piece of paper telling you that someone has it in the vault ready to go.
All in all, we just want you to note that yes, you can invest in the dinar, but make sure you don’t spend too much money on it.
Here are some recent court documents related to the Iraqi Dinar:
As far back as 2010, individuals known as dinar gurus, were telling people to buy IQD because of a possible revaluation. This, as of June 20, 2015, has still not materialized. Back in March of 2015, the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) stated that they would be removing the 50 Iraqi Dinar banknotes from circulation by May 1, 2015. The dinar guru sites did not predict this move, further removing what little credibility they had.
Below is a short video explaining the 50 Iraqi Dinar removal and the dinar guru reactions:
Below are the actual court documents for the case being investigated at this time. The court case can be found by searching for Case 1:15-cv-02032-LMM. Occasionally, the LMM suffix is removed from the court case.
The court documents above contain important evidence including the statement that these companies knew it was a scam, and that the experts really made false statements in order to “pump” the sales of Iraqi Dinar (IQD). TerryK was an individual from the GET Team and he was getting paid about $4,000 per month to lie. Here is an excerpt:
On June 3, 2015, TerryK acknowledged during an interview with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that he had fabricated source information on GET Team online postings and conference calls.
Here is a local news report about the Iraqi Dinar Scam out of Atlanta, Georgia:
I’m starting to think that the problem is that most of these dinar guru guys are on drugs, how else could they be so ignorant?
I didn’t want this post to sound like a rant, I am trying to understand why these IQD experts are saying what they are saying. It’s all about the money, always has been, always will be. Here is what you can gather from this article, I really want you to consider contacting the FBI if you feel that you were led to buy Iraqi Dinar because of the scams the gurus pulled on you. Hopefully, you didn’t get scammed and you are just reading this because you perhaps know someone who was ripped off.
TNTBS We Are The People interviews Nick Giammarino
#5 Dinar Recaps – They stopped posting TNT Tony videos and updates, but still post news from the other dinar guru websites.
I have not been paid to mention these companies or websites, I simply don’t want people to just go to dinarguru.com for information regarding the Iraqi dinar currency investment. People have to make up their own minds, and not just listen to me.

More than 70 international firms have registered to compete for tenders to help develop Iraq’s oil reserves, the world’s third largest, the country’s oil ministry has announced. Major companies such as Royal Dutch Shell and Total have been positioning themselves for years to gain access.
Oil Ministry spokesman Asim Jihad said: “We are going to carefully study and check the documentation.
“Next month we will declare the companies which are permitted to work in the Iraqi oil fields.”
Iraq produces about 2.3 million barrels a day – a tiny fraction of its 115 billion barrels of proven crude reserves, surpassed only by those of Saudi Arabia and Iran.
Some oil companies have already signed deals with the largely-autonomous northern Kurdistan region.
This is a move which has angered the government in Baghdad, which has threatened to blacklist them and declare the deals illegal.
Companies from Europe, Asia and America are among those who have registered to bid for the contracts, Jihad added.
Shell and Spanish energy company Repsol are among those that have said they have expressed a firm interest.
